This can be achieved via the use of a secondary building entrance, such as a loading dock, and a freight or passenger elevator with a lock-out feature.24/7 access to the “direct access path,” as described above, shall be provided – this may be met by providing full access to a side or emergency exit, a loading zone, loading dock or simply another entrance to the building.Agency’s Security Unit will evaluate all potential sites by conducting a risk and vulnerability assessment.In multi-story buildings, an elevator with a card reader system, or a means to temporarily lock and isolate for the use of the Government is required.Lessor must allow Government antennas to be affixed to the roof.Expressions of Interest should include the following:Building name and address and location of the available space within the building.
