The Board of Commissioners, Glynn County, Brunswick, Georgia is seeking proposals from interested qualified firms that are skilled at administering for the Brunswick Area Transportation Study (BATS), the MLK-Altama Bicycle Corridor Study to identify ways to improve the connectivity of bicycle traffic.   There will not be a Pre-proposal Conference.  Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Jason Hagen, at  jhagen@glynncounty-ga.gov  no later than September 7, 2021.  All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than September 9, 2021.  Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this Invitation for Proposal will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum.   Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. It shall be the Proposers responsibility to seek clarification as early as possible prior to the opening of proposals.
