Intent to Sole Source - Modification

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G-8) Force Development, intends to issue a contract modification to W91CRB-15-C-0023 under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source to Deloitte Consulting LLP 1725 Duke St Alexandria, VA 22314-3456. The modification will move the new AE2S system to a common operating environment with other Army G8 data systems combined with refinement and clarification requirements to the Performance Work Statement.This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability with regard to this requirement no later than 12:00 P.M. EST, 18 August 2017. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be IN WRITING and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services.
