Amendment 1:  Requirement has changed.  Please see the attached Sources Sought Workbook and respond accordingly*******************The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Development, Security and Operations (DSO) Telecommunications Provisioning Office (TPO) has a requirement for Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) Services across the enterprise at VA locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Texas. These LEC services consist of: Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) Line Flat Rate, Primary Rate Integrated (PRI) Services, Direct Inward Dialing (DID)/DOD (blocks of 20), and Caller ID feature PRI Circuit at the VA Service Delivery Points (SDP) in Louisiana. The Contractor shall provide telecommunication services at the facilities 24 hours per day, seven days per week with maximum service availability. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 517311 Wired Telecommunication
