Site Improvements at École élémentaire catholique Sainte-Marguerite-d’Youville Project Description :Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by Centre d’excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (“CEA FRANCOachat”) for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement, as detailed below. This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Centre d’excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (“CEA FRANCOachat”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Site Improvements at École élémentaire catholique Sainte-Marguerite-d’Youville, as further described in Section A of

the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Centre d’excellence en Approvisionnements FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil scolaire catholique Franco-Nord 681 Chippewa St W, North Bay (ON) P1B 6G8 Hereinafter, the above-named school board is referred to as "Board" unless otherwise specified. This competitive procurement process ("Process") is an invitation to obtain Quotations for the Site Drainage at École élémentaire catholique Sainte-Marguerite-d’Youville, 73 Rue Principale Est, Verner, ON P0H 2M0. The standard form of contract will be a Stipulated Price contract in the form of a CCDC 2-2020 with Supplemental Conditions, in accordance with all Bid Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the “Contract”) will be applicable. Contract work is to commence no earlier than June 28th, 2024. Substantial completion shall be achieved no later than August 23, 2024. 2. CFTA/CETA Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this solicitation is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and, where the contract value meets or exceeds applicable contract value thresholds, by the Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
