Description

Scope of Services
Provide Weed Abatement and Debris Removal Services from private property on an as-needed basis for the City of Sacramento. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and incidentals necessary for the work to be performed. It will be the Contractor's responsibility, without further direction from the City, to meet all contract requirements in this Agreement. Specific site requirements, time periods and schedules will be specified for each job required by the City.

Other Details
In the event of an immediate fire hazard the contractor has 24- hours from time of notification by the City to complete all work.
