Wireless District Refresh and Cabling

All bids and questions should be submitted via the online system for CRW Consulting at https://www.crwconsulting.com/ifcb/ifcb-detail/MzE5Mw==The Spring Independent School District ("District")requests competitive sealed proposals for the purpose of identifying a vendor(s) to supply Wireless District Refresh and Cabling to support the needs of the District, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications established within this Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals are due on or before 11:59 pm Pacific Time NOVEMBER 13, 2023. An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on JANUARY 09, 2024. If the award recommendation is approved, the initial term of this contract ("Contract") will be for one (1) year from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025 (for reoccurring services); for equipment purchases the term will be July 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. Thereafter, the District reserves the right to either renew the contract annually for up to four (4) additional one-year terms ("Renewal Terms") or to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis to prevent a lapse in the contract term until the District re-bids the Contract. Total estimated value of this contract is greater than $50,000 annually, depending on the District's needs over the contract
