Site Address: 2823 E Main St, Russellville, AR 72802 Scope: The vendor is required to provide a quote for new cabling, cameras, mounting hardware, and the installation of five exterior cameras. The installation should be connected back to the owner’s provided network switch and data rack. Detailed specifications can be found in the print below. Owner-Provided Materials: • POE+ Network Switch • IP address range for cameras • Admin login credentials Vendor Expectations: • Install five Category 5 Network drops, one to each exterior camera. • Mount cameras on the building exterior using recommended hardware and configure them with the owner’s provided network settings. Admin user credentials should be set up on devices, and AXIS 1 TB SD cards must be mounted in each camera. • Verify camera views with remote engineers for optimal facility coverage. • The vendor must be a certified AXIS reseller to ensure the 5-year warranty on devices is not void. • Secure cables properly using J hooks or other cable management inside the facility and seal exterior camera penetrations with waterproof sealant (match building color where escutcheons do not conceal penetrations. • Any agreed to changes to the project will be on a time and material basis. o Contractor shall submit with its proposal a rate sheet for the following:  Hourly labor rate. Submit regular time and overtime rates for each category of employee. Hourly rates shall be inclusive of all burdens and allowances (example: FICA, worker’s compensation, small tools, etc.).  Rate for overhead and profit for contractor.  Rate for overhead and profit on subcontractor work. • Working hours are 7 am – 9 pm Monday thru Friday.
