The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Permit ADA-08947 (Lot 2, Block 600), consisting of approximately 16,171 square feet, at Homer Airport for an additional 5 years beginning October 1, 2023. Applicant: Mark Munro. Annual rent: $2,894.61. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – operation and maintenance of a temporary small office building for the purpose of conducting a commercial aviation business including a floatplane parking dock. The floatplane parking dock shall provide space for at least one transient float plane.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., February 10, 2023, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the permit.
