Mar 26, 2019 2:00:00 PM (local time) Regional Municipality of Waterloo Reference: C2019-02 Prequalification required: No Sealed proposals clearly marked as to contents shall be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Tuesday, March 26, 2019 for: The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (Region) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (Consultant) to undertake Detailed Design and Services during Construction for the new Laurel Water Treatment Plant as outlined in the Waterloo North Water Supply System Preliminary Design. All bid documents are available on the Region of Waterloo’s website at https://bids.regionofwaterloo.ca Bidders Must Create an Account or Log Into Their Account To Register for the Bid Opportunity before they can download the Bid Document and/or Addenda/Addendum. An annual subscription or one time payment to Bids and Tenders is required in order to download the

document. If a Bidder has obtained this Bid Document from a third party, the onus is on the Bidder to create an account and register for the bid opportunity on the Region of Waterloo website, as instructed above. All Addenda/Addendum shall be posted on the Region’s Bid Opportunities website. The onus is on the Bidders to ensure that they have downloaded all Addenda/Addendum, whether the Bidder has received notification from the Region’s Bid Opportunities website or not. The Region of Waterloo is bound by the Carpenters Union; bidders should review the tender documents to determine the Region’s requirements for this bid.
