Citrus Heights Community Center Interior Painting Project

Citrus Heights Community Center Interior Painting Project Proposals are due by 1:00 PM on Friday, February 28, 2020 to City Hall, 6360 Fountain Square Drive, Citrus Heights CA 95621.   The work to be performed consists, in general of painting the entire facility interior rooms per the plans and specifications included in this RFP. The successful bidder will provide a proposal to cover interior painting labor and all necessary materials required to achieve a professional application of interior paint not limited to filling all holes and chips and properly prepping all interior wall and ceiling surfaces to receive a professional application of paint. The City will provide all quantities of paint for this project. To be considered responsive, Proposals must be for the entire scope of work as presented in the bid plans and specifications include completed proposal forms, guarantees and supplemental information.   A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 10, 2020 at 3 PM at the Citrus Heights Community Center located at 6300 Fountain Square Drive, Citrus Heights. The meeting is Mandatory and you must attend in order to be able to successfully bid this project. Failure to attend will result in your bid being returned unopened. Proposers are responsible for checking the city's website for any updated information at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled proposal opening.
