PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Terminal Lease ADA-32192 for Room NC127 (1,633 sf), Room NB212 (1,000 sf), and Room NA205 (438 sf) located in the North Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. 
APPLICANT: Swissport USA 
TERM: 5 years.  Current Terminal rent rate is $64.06/s.f./yr.
  AUTHORIZED USES: Ramp operations, office and training room for Swissport operations.This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office located in in the South Terminal, at 5000 W.
