23-265 REBID - After-hours Janitorial Services for the Seaside DMV Field Office After-hours janitorial services at the Seaside DMV Field Office. Term: 36 months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidder Qualifications: Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. Bidder shall be capable of providing no less than one (1) primary janitorial worker and one (1) backup janitorial worker to perform services under the contract. Bidder shall submit a bid that complies with Government Code Section 19134 if utilizing employees to perform janitorial services or if not meeting Welfare and Institutions Code 19404 (see Attachment 2, Cost Sheet and Exhibit E, Employee Wages and Benefits for additional information).
