One-Two Sentences Modernization of two (2) existing overhead traction geared elevators in each residence hall with the exception of the elevator machines and cars. Assume new parts and finishes for all other items. Modernization to include new interior finishes for elevator cabs, the addition of electronic key fobs, and the addition of cameras in both cabs.
