The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Research and Development (J9) Directorate, Basic and Applied Sciences Department (BA), has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) under the announcement number and title of: "HDTRA1-14-24-FRCWMD-BAA Fundamental Research to Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction." On 20 March 2015, the BAA was posted on the Grants.gov website, www.Grants.gov. All applicable dates, topics, and instructions can be found on the Grants.gov posting.
