is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded May 2024 It is the City’s intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement will commence upon the award date of the contract and remain in effect until March 31, 2025. Without limiting any other termination rights, the contract may be extended with an option in favour of the City on the same terms and conditions for an additional one (1) year term, upon the following conditions being met: i. A pricing structure must be mutually agreed upon for the renewal period; ii. Contractor must have performed satisfactorily as determined solely by the City; iii. The services are still required; iv. The services are still required to be outsourced; and v. Budgetary funds must be available. The City also reserves the right to re-quote the work if there are substantive changes to the scope of work. 5.
