Summary:The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), Prevention and Health Promotion Administration (PHPA), Center for Cancer Prevention and Control (CCPC) is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to provide direct outreach, screening, diagnosis, linkage to treatment, case management, and patient navigation services for breast and cervical cancer to program-eligible clients, with the goal of maximizing the number of women screened for breast and cervical cancer in Montgomery County.  Program-eligible women must be Maryland residents, have an annual household income at or below 250% of federal poverty level, and have no health insurance or are underinsured.
