The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Protective Service (FPS) requested a Task Order to provide operation and maintenance with continued development for their Post Tracking System (PTS).The Task Order was awarded to Customer Value Partners LLC (CVP). The subject Task Order supports FPS’s effort to continue the software design, development, and implementation requirements of the PTS to complete the multi- year project mission.Under the existing Task Order, FPS is in the process of implementing PTS throughout its 11 regions; and is currently implemented or in the process of implementation in over 75% of its inventory. Therefore, in order to meet the deadline of full implementation by the end of fiscal year 2024, it is critical that the current vendor continue their efforts. They have the required in-depth knowledge of PTS, and the systems it must integrate with and is reliant on. Without this knowledge, a new contractor would not be able to meet the aggressive schedule and complete the full implementation by September 2024.
