ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at the DPW Field Office Lewiston State Office Building, 1118 F Street, Third Floor, Lewiston, Idaho 83501, until 2:00 pm local time, on Tuesday, October 04, 2022 for DPW Project 21336 Youth Challenge Academy Dorms, Phase 1, Division of Military, Pierce, Idaho. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the following: site preparation for a new future dorm building to be occupied by 180 cadets. Work includes site preparation, new site retaining wall, selective underground utilities, and rough grading for future access road and building. The sitework scope in these Contract Documents is identified as Phase 1, to be completed in 2022 and the future building scope is to be completed under a separate future contract as Phase 2, to be completed in 2023.
