Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD (District) extends to you an invitation to submit a proposal to serve as a preferred vendor for our fine arts supplies and services bid. The District intends to award multiple contracts for placement on an Approved Provider List to be utilized as needs are identified. Awarded contracts shall include percentage discount off Catalog, Shelf or Retail pricing agreement for materials as well as fixed rates for services offered, such as, instrument repairs, workshops, consulting, or other types of services. If a bidder cannot list one specific discount percentage, vendors are free to submit “various discounts offered or call for price quote” on the bid submittal sheet. The purpose of this Proposal is to provide a list of vendors for our campus and department customers, with pre-established terms and conditions, including fixed rates, discount off catalog price; and shipping and handling charges/fees if any.NOTE: Initial opening is scheduled on April 30, 2022, 2:00 PM, local time.
