British Columbia Institute of Technology invites Consultants to engage with BCIT in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) for provision of consulting services relating to the management of all aspects of the development, change and implementation of BCIT's Ellucian Banner 9 program. The deliverables are organized into two scopes of work: Program Director and Change Manager.
