All other associated solicitation documents will be uploaded to the Bidders Library.SOLICITATION: The purpose of this update is to release the official Request for Proposal N00024-21-R-5211 for Small Surface Combatant (SSC) Combat System (CS) Ship Integration and Test (SI&T).Offerors are notified that the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare System (PEO IWS) 8.0 is hereby issuing a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP).   The Procurement of efforts required are to provide, Combat System (CS) Ship Integration and Test (SI&T) for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), Freedom and Independence variants, and Large Unmanned Surface Vessel (LUSV) Ships, Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 through FY 2031.  This includes development and updating of test documents; modification and update of CS Space Arrangements, CS Installation Control Documents, and CS Interface Control Documents; provide Engineering support; perform CS Integration and Test Planning; conduct Waterfront CS Integration and Test; and support Post-delivery Test Teams.Information regarding this requirement was previously posted under presolicitation “Small Surface Combatant Combat System Ship Integration and Test” with a presolicitation number of N00024-21-R-5211.  Please refer to this solicitation “Request for Proposal: Small Surface Combatant (SSC) Combat System (CS) Ship Integration and Test (SI&T)” with the solicitation number N00024-21-R-5211 for the most current documents and information.Section J Attachments and GFI are provided via NSERC Bidder’s Library.  All potential Offerors seeking access to the NSERC Bidder’s Library to obtain the Section J Attachments and the GFI must follow the instructions outlined in the 29 April 2020 update to the Pre-solicitation notice posted to beta.SAM.  Potential Offerors who have already requested access under the pre-solicitation announcement do not need to submit another request.All questions should be received within twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of RFP to allow the Government adequate time to prepare and issue responses to all Offerors prior to the proposal due date.  Unclassified questions and comments should be electronically submitted using the format provided in Attachment J-32 to Kevin Richter (kevin.richter@navy.mil), Ann Thompson (ann.e.thompson1@navy.mil) and Sheila Utz (sheila.utz1@navy.mil).  Any questions or comments that are submitted may be publically released.  All questions shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions found in Section L of the solicitation.
