Please see attachment.The U.S Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:HEALTH INSURANCE FOR LOCALLY EMPLOYED STAFF FOR U.S. EMBASSY KHARTOUM, SUDANThe solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years in the third quarter of calendar year 2023.The Solicitation is planned to be issued in April / May 2023 and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5023R0048.Qualified companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Ms. Nadja Reinmueller at ReinmuellerNU@state.gov, no later than April 9, 2023, using the solicitation number 19GE5023R0048 in the subject line.DO NOT TELEPHONE. All
