The building is approximately 83,000 sf in size. The overall site is approximately 22 acres, but the work in this contract will develop approximately 10 acres. The site has been rough graded and some underground utilities are already in place. The work in this Contract shall include all other work necessary for a complete project, including: Site work with earthwork, grading, paving, underground utilities, and landscaping. All concrete work, including foundations, slab on grade, topping slab at second floor over the metal deck provided by Metal

Building Contractor, and tilt-up panels. Doors, windows, and louvers for openings in the building envelope. Interior partitions and all finishes Stairs and elevators. Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, data, control, and security systems. Providing pathways for power and data from off-site locations as shown on the drawings.
