The City of Phoenix is seeking up to three qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the replacement of water mains in the quarter sections: 10-33, 10-24 and 2-29. The selected CMARs will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The estimated construction cost for each project is: WS85509026 - $6.7 million; WS85509029 - $11.5 million; WS85509061 - $4.7 million.
