Sole Source Announcement - Web EOC CNGB Common Opnl Picture

The National Guard Bureau Directorate of Acquisitions (NGB-AQ-C) awarded a sole source contract to ESi Acquisition, Inc. (UEI: PJF7XKQGSDC7) located at 235 Peachtree St. NE, Suite 2300, Atlanta, Georgia 30303-1406 for a commercial SaaS supply solution to support their Common Operating Picture (COP). The SaaS solution that the NGB requires is commercially known as WebEOC and the specific version that NGB requires is further known as Unified Coordination Platform (UCP). The solution is only available through ESi. The UCP version is a crisis and incident management software solution that supports intelligent response and agency resiliency. The solution serves as a disaster response/incident management system to provide standardized, singular, and near real-time situational awareness COP for both steady state and National Guard Domestic Operations to National Guard leaders. Additionally, the solution will improve interoperability through real-time bidirectional data connected between the NGB Joint Staff, the 54, and first responder mission partners such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and U.S. Northern Command
