Secure storage of physical documents Project Description :Secure storage of physical documents This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, National Capital Region (NCR) Trade agreement: Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada Korea Trade Agreement (CKTA), Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement. Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Competitive Procurement Strategy: A compliant bid with the highest combined score of technical merit and the lowest cost per point price Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement to provide secure intake, storage services, retrieval, refile, and disposition of physical documents including secure destruction/shredding services to the Protected B level. The initial volumes to be managed are estimated to be approximately 90,000 to 95,000 1.04 Cubic Feet. To provide services associated with secure off-site intake, storage, retrieval, refile, disposition, destruction and transition out of physical records. The Contractor must provide the following services for an estimated initial volume transfer of approximately 90,000 to 95,000 containers up to 1.2 cf each (at the direction and discretion of CSC) for CSC containers, regular annual increases are forecasted between 4,000-10,000 which will vary depending on client storage needs. The majority of containers are currently 1.04 cf each.
