Minnesota IT Services on behalf of the Office of Higher Education, intend to renew for 1 year/12 months their agreement with Portland Webworks, Inc. for continued, uninterrupted maintenance and support services. The services include but not limited to; diagnoses of problems, performance

deficiencies, implement patches, updates, releases and newer versions of the following software; Drupal Content Management System and associated Modules and Plugins Supported in the Drupal 9 Lifecycle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Apps Portals, Power Virtual Agent, Azure Storage, Azure Front Door, Azure Logic Apps & Functions and Power Automate. This software is proprietary with Portland Webworks, Inc. retaining exclusive ownership rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and intellectual property rights. The State believes they are the sole provider of services for their products and are not available through a third-party entities. For these reasons, this renewal has been deemed a single source renewal.
