High Street Sewer Replacement Project

High Street Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project. Public notice is given that sealed proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program by the Borough of Sharon Hill by July 10, 2023 until 10:00 AM prevailing time, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the High Street Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project. The scope of work includes installation of 330 LF sanitary sewer, 1 manhole, 24 lateral connections (approximately 60 dwellings) and the restoration of any disturbed areas. There is no physical bid opening for this project, bids will be revealed via the PennBid website. The awarded bidder is responsible for satisfying all fees required by PennBid. All interested parties must submit questions via the web-based system, by the posted deadline for questions. Bidders are not permitted to contact the Borough Engineer or staff directly. Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. Davis Bacon requirements are applicable to this project. Public Works Employment Verification Act requirements are also in effect.
