Land Mobile Radio Hawii Excess Equipment Removal

This is a Request for Information (RFI).  See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).  Headquarters, United States Army Pacific Q USARPAC G6 Land Mobile Radio - Hawaii (LMR-HI) requires a service provider with qualified personnel to remove and dispose of excess LMR Equipment at the LMR-HI facilities on Fort Shafter, Aliamanu Military Reservation (AMR), and Kahuku Training Area (KTA).  It is essential that all work is performed by competent and qualified personnel designated as subject matter expert in their area of expertise.  Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and services in support of the project.  Services include, but not limited to, legacy equipment de-installation, termination, removal, transportation, and disposal.  Most of the equipment removed will have to be turned in at the Army East Range at Schofield Barracks.  The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to adequately and safely support the following requirements at each location and adhere to established commercial standards and Government requirements.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811213 and the applicable small business size standard is $11 Million.Please email the following information to us for consideration:1.
