WASTEWATER DIVISIONON-CALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICESThe City of Pacifica (City) invites engineering and/or construction management firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered for the short list of prequalified Proposers to provide construction management services on as-needed basis to Public Works Department Wastewater Division.The On-Call Construction Management Services scope will be utilized mostly for Public Works Department Wastewater Division’s construction projects. The scope of work for the on-call construction management services will vary as need arises and will be at the discretion of the City.All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall be in writing and directed to Louis Sun, Acting Public Works Director, at sunl@ci.pacifica.ca.us with a subject line “RFQ:

Public Works Dept. Wastewater Division On-Call Construction Management Services”.
The deadline for question shall be Monday, February 24, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.Each Proposer shall submit two (2) bound sets of the SOQ in accordance with Section IV, "SOQ REQUIREMENTS."All RFQ response shall be clearly marked “Public Works Department Wastewater Division On-Call Construction Management Services”, and shall be delivered
