by SSW on behalf of William Osler Health System to obtain Proposals for the Managed Support Services (Housekeeping, Portering, Linen and Waste Management) RFP Section 1.3 – Objectives Summary The Purchaser(s) seeks qualified proponents with extensive hospital, strategy and technology experience for the provision of professional advisory services for the following objectives in an agreement (the “Agreement”) resulting from this RFP: Osler is pursuing a business partner who is willing to work with the organization to provide the highest level of service possible, in balance with managing costs. The proponent must demonstrate how its organization will work towards meeting the objectives of the hospital, specifically the business partnering relationship with the flexibility, quality, cost containment, cultural fit, and organizational mission and vision. Osler intends to enter into an Agreement with one Service Provider who can meet or exceed the Purchaser(s) requirements for the development of a managed support services program which will include a performance measurement plan and pricing model that will be structured to incentivize proponent’s performance in alignment with the identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) under schedule Gi.
