The City of Citrus Heights (City) invites your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide On-Call Environmental Review Services for the City of Citrus Heights. The City is requesting the services of at least two qualified environmental review firms to provide on-call services for CEQA/NEPA based environmental review, Biological Studies, Cultural Resources Studies, and Noise Impact Studies.

Interested firms should submit one (1) electronic (Adobe PDF) file and three (3) bound copies of their SOQ to:

Submittals shall be delivered no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 2, 2018
