Will the meter cost be paid under Line Item: AMEND 001 - 100LF? If this is the case how will this be invoiced?Answer: If a new water meter is determined to be needed. The meter cost would be associated with base item 001 replacement of 1000 LF of 4” HDPE and tied into water meter.
