This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation Offutt_Projectors_2018 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 (effective 24 Jan 2018). The chapels offer Protestant and Catholic services, Mass, memorial services, weddings, and other religious ceremonies. To provide these services, the chapels require functional audio visual (A/V) equipment.2.0 SCOPEThe purpose of this contract is to provide required audio visual equipment, installation services and end user training at the Capehart Chapel and Sac Memorial Chapel at Offutt Air Force Base. The contractor shall provide A/V project management, and provide as-installed drawings as required. The installation shall occur during normal business hours, defined as Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time.
