CON#434 DESIGN SERVICES FOR NEW PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING RFP Project Description :The District of Kitimat (the “District”) requests Proposals from qualified and experienced Consultants to provide architectural design and construction administration services to build a new public safety building at Mountainview Square Lot 14, Kitimat, BC (the “Site Location”) near Kitimat’s city centre. The new public safety building will serve to replace the existing facility located at 1101 Kingfisher Ave, Kitimat, BC which has exceeded its useful service life. The District has an existing service agreement in place with two engineering consulting firms and intends to award design services for all engineering disciplines, environmental assessments, surveying, and materials testing to one of them.
