Cascade Groundwater Package 2B Transmission Main Cascade Groundwater Package 2B Transmission Main Owner: CITY OF GRESHAM Location: GRESHAM, OREGON Bid Date: 2:00PM ON MAY 23TH, 2023 Work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing of all services, materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of the Groundwater Development Project, Package No. 2B, Groundwater Transmission Pipeline. The project includes connecting the Cascade Facility with the City’s North Meter Station and RWPUD’s Bella Vista Meter Stations. The Work also includes replacement of 1,200 linear feet of RWPUD distribution main within residential areas. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Furnish and install restrained ductile iron water main in various sizes within the public right-of-way as shown on the Drawings, including valves and appurtenances. Connection of the new water mains to existing main lines, including transmission mains and distribution mains.

Trenchless installation of water main across Trimet MAX crossing. Demolition, removal, and abandonment of existing water mains. All hydrostatic testing, flushing and disinfection of water mains. Installation of cathodic protection system on ductile iron pipe water main. Furnish and install fiberoptic conduit and cable, including pull boxes and vaults, and connection to existing SCADA terminals. Restoration of work site areas to original or better condition, including grading,temporary and permanent paving, curb removal and replacement, erosion control, and other measures as required. The work shall be substantially completed: 620 CALENDAR DAYS. Wages are Prevailing Wages.
