Overview: The following describes the project Statement of Work (SOW) and provides an overview regarding the requirements for the specific projects identified. This project is located at the Veteran Affairs Northern Indiana Hospital Care System (VANIHCS-FTW) at 2121 Lake Avenue in Fort Wayne, Indiana 46805. This Project consists of remodeling of Building #3. Statement of Work:Building 3 houses the VANIHCS-FTW Executive Leadership Team. The proposed Remodel Building 3 project consists of the following activities.HAZARDOUS MATERIAL ABATEMENT: as indicated in the Construction Documents, specifically:Lead based paint.EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS including:Demolition and replacement of entrance / stoops indicated in the Construction Documents.Demolition and reconstruction of main entrance steps and ramp including new sidewalks, curb ramps, etc. as indicated in the Construction Documents.Construction of three new entrance canopies, including foundations, columns, light fixture, roofing, and
