needed for the University. Work will include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. If deemed in the best interest of the University, the University reserves the right to award the bid in part or in whole and to award multiple vendors. Any awarded contract will be non-exclusive.
