Redwood Road, South Jordan, UT 84095. The contractor is to furnish and provide all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, and expertise to professionally install two 10-12 ton 3-phase roof top air conditioning units. The contractor will be required to calculate the size and number of A//C units required to adequately service the shop area. The Contractor’s Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to:  Obtain a building permit through the City of South Jordan (permit fee will be waived)  Cut in the supply and return airdrops in roof  Provide curbs for units to sit on  Seal around curbs  Run electrical supply to power the units  Supply thermostats and hook up to control units  Commission units  Remove any debris created by installation 1. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held from 9:30 a.m. to10:30 a.m. MST on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at the South Jordan Public Works Building, 10996 South Redwood Road, South Jordan Utah 84095.
