Work also includes but is not limited to: construction of storm water treatment facilities and bioretention facilities in the roadway medians, islands, and adjacent to sidewalks, construction of shared-use paths around the perimeter of the roundabout, construction of bike lanes, bus pullouts, street lighting, sidewalks, ADA pedestrian access ramps, installation of storm drain lines, sanitary sewer mainline extension, pavement delineation, roadway signs, landscaping, and all other improvements and requirements as described and specified in the project Plans and these Contract Documents. Other Details The successful Bidder and all Subcontractors must have a valid City of Salinas business license prior to the commencement of work and throughout their duration of work.
