THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor to perform the grounds maintenance services at the Hop Brook Dam-site/Project Office Area, Hop Brook Lake Recreation Area and Naugatuck River Basin Area Office.  The Hop Brook Lake Recreation Area includes approximately 31 acres of weekly and bi-weekly maintenance. The Hop Brook Dam and Naugatuck River Basin Office include approximately 2.75 acres of weekly and bi-weekly maintenance. In addition, all sites include spring clean-up, fall clean-up, pruning of shrubs and mulching of beds annually.This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
