Routine work is work that can be scheduled with the contractor within a two week window and shall commence only after PCMC staff approve a written quote. Emergency work requires the contractor to be on-site within a two-hour period after being notified and respond on a time and materials basis without providing a prior written quote for the work. Contractors must be available for emergency work to submit a Proposal.
