specifications:The Vendor shall provide Sysmex Hematology XN1000PR Analyzer, Supplies, Consumables and Services, to the Santa Fe Indian Health Center Laboratory Department.Special Features/Specifications:The XN1000PR is a fully automated hematology system providing a throughput of 100 samples per hour. The XN1000PR utilizes fluorescent flow cytometry to provide the most sensitive and specific differential possible while also providing on board operator customizable rules to facilitate repeat/reflex testing and auto-validation.The Platelet-specific stain greatly reduces interferences from RBC and WBC fragments as well as non-specific PLT flags. The XN measures hemoglobin in a separate chamber to remove WBC interference, and uses Sodium Laurel Sulfate (SLS) reagent to reduce interference from lipemia and abnormal proteins.
