HVAC Climate Control Solution AEDC Tunnel 9

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation number for this requirement is FA9101-22-R-B005.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the design and install HVAC Climate Control Solution system at AEDC Tunnel 9 Silver Spring, MD. This document is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, and subpart 13.5 as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 effective 30 January 2022, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement effective 18 March 2022, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement AFAC 2021-0726 effective 27 October 2021.
DESCRIPTION: Arnold Engineering Development Complex is looking for a Contractor to perform work at the Tunnel 9, White Oak Campus facility, in Silver Springs, MD to remedy a long-standing problem with temperature, humidity, and equipment noise in Building 405 Secure Server room (405-1212) and Secure Customer room (405-1214).
