MICC Fort Knox intends to award on a Sole Source basis a contract to Outdoor Odyssey, Boswell, PA, for Encampment Services for the 2nd Brigade, United States Army Cadet Command, Fort Knox, KY. Encampment Services will include meals, lodging, indoor and outdoor training facilities, and administrative facilities, medical facilities, sanitation services, security, and all - terrain vehicles to support 110 cadets and 30 training cadre during the period 4-8 June 2018 and 80 cadets and 15 training cadre during the period 18-21 June 2018. Outdoor training facilities must include capability and trained personnel for canoeing, High and Low Confidence Courses, and land navigation. Market research has established Outdoor Odyssey is the single facility that can fully meet the government's requirements within the geographic area.
