Please provide one original and one electronic (PDF) copy of the response to RFQ in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Response to Aquatic Center Request for Qualifications”. Proposer’s fee schedule and reimbursable costs shall accompany the response but must be in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Cost Proposal”. Two (2) paper copies of the Cost Proposal shall be included.
