Short Term Lodging

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items provided in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being request and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is W50S9C-21-Q-0003.The Vermont Air National Guard, has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for 14 fully furnished accommodations as outlined in this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is a small business set aside under NAICS Code 721110 with size standard $35.0M.The Anticipated Period of Performance is 1 July 2021 through 30 August 2021 (62 days).The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotations. It

is the vendor’s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quotations receipt.
