The Reports

must be prepared in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this RFQ. Scope of WorkContractor will provide qualified certified public accountant professionals. These professionals will prepare, and provide to DSHS, the Reports required by Texas Government Code, Section 2101.011 for each State Fiscal Year's reporting deadlines during the Contract Term. Contract TermDSHS anticipates that any Contract resulting from the Solicitation will have an initial term of two (2) years unless sooner terminated, renewed, or extended in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. DSHS, at its sole option, may extend any Contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation for up to three (3) additional, one (1) year periods for a maximum Contract Term of five (5) years.
