Modular Fuel System TRM IMI requirement

U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) is preparing to award a sole source modification to Isometrics (CAGE 55242) under existing contract W56HZV-13-D-0117 for fulfillment of this requirement. Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) Web-Based Training (WBT) Application for the production Tank Rack Module (TRM) II, model M108 that has been produced and accepted by the Government at the contractor facility and is ready for shipment. The period of performance for the IMI effort will be approximately 15 months, starting 1 November 2017 through 28 February 2019. The recommended vendor is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Unit of Issue: LO.In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B)"Supplies may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for the continued development or production of a major system or highly specialized equipment; including major components thereof, when it is likely that award to any other source

would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition", and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements".
